Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Cook or in a similar food preparation role.
• Knowledgeable in food preparation, food production, and food handling procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced food service environment.
• Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Skilled in using kitchen equipment, cooking techniques, and food preparation methods.
• Physically fit and able to work long hours while standing for extended periods.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent teamwork skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet production and service deadlines.
• Committed to delivering high-quality food and excellent service.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present food items according to company recipes, quality standards, and customer requirements.
• Assist in food preparation, ingredient processing, portioning, and production for daily kitchen operations.
• Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
• Follow proper food handling, storage, sanitation, and hygiene procedures in accordance with food safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations, cooking equipment, utensils, and food storage areas.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies.
• Minimize food waste by following proper portion control and inventory management practices.
• Work efficiently during peak service periods while maintaining food quality and customer satisfaction.
• Cooperate with chefs, kitchen staff, and supervisors to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Comply with workplace health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Assist with menu preparation, food production planning, and other kitchen-related tasks as assigned by management.
