Qualifications:

• Male applicants only.
• First-time applicants or Ex-Abroad applicants are welcome.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a casual dining or fine dining restaurant.
• No visible tattoos.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Experience in mass food production is an advantage.
• Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
• Physically fit and able to work under pressure.
• Responsible, hardworking, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present a variety of food dishes according to standardized recipes.
• Ensure food is prepared with consistent quality, taste, and presentation.
• Assist in the preparation of ingredients, sauces, and other food items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and proper storage of ingredients.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory control and proper handling of kitchen supplies.
• Work efficiently during busy meal periods and high-volume food production.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.
• Minimize food waste while maintaining production quality.
• Perform other kitchen and food preparation duties assigned by management.
