Qualifications:

• Male applicants only (under 40 years old).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel or restaurant kitchen operations.
• Strong background as a Cook in a professional kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, reliable, and flexible attitude.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Enthusiasm for work and willingness to learn.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Physically fit and medically healthy.
• Willingness to learn the Czech language.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes, menus, and hotel standards.
• Ensure consistent food quality, freshness, taste, and presentation.
• Perform product quality control in food preparation and storage.
• Check expiration dates and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
• Operate modern kitchen equipment and follow proper usage procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Assist in menu preparation and daily kitchen operations.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service operations.
• Ensure proper portion control and minimize food waste.
• Follow instructions from chefs and kitchen supervisors.
• Support efficient and timely meal preparation during service hours.
