MACHINE OPERATOR (PHARMACEUTICAL)

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
  • Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
  • Previous experience operating pharmaceutical or production machinery is preferred.
  • Certificates or training in Mechanical, Industrial, Pharmaceutical Operations, or related fields are highly beneficial.
  • Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, machine operation, and basic equipment maintenance.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to accurately complete production and maintenance records.
  • Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and adjust pharmaceutical production machines, including tablet presses, capsule fillers, and packaging equipment.
  • Monitor machine settings, production processes, speed, and efficiency to ensure consistent product quality.
  • Conduct in-process inspections and quality checks while following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Perform routine cleaning, servicing, and basic maintenance of production equipment.
  • Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major faults or equipment problems to the appropriate personnel.
  • Accurately record production data, batch information, cleaning activities, and maintenance records.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area in compliance with pharmaceutical manufacturing standards.
