UAB EIKA CONSTRUCTION is seeking experienced Concrete Workers / Masons for construction projects in Lithuania. The successful candidates will be responsible for performing concrete works, formwork installation, reinforcement preparation, and installation of reinforced concrete structures while ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with construction standards.

The ideal candidate has practical experience in construction techniques, knowledge of materials and tools, and the ability to work from technical drawings and project specifications.

Concrete worker / Mason

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Concrete Worker, Mason, or similar construction role.
  • Knowledge of commonly used construction techniques, tools, and materials.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical plans.
  • Experience in:
    • Formwork installation and dismantling
    • Formwork maintenance
    • Reinforcement tying and installation
    • Reinforcement frame fabrication
    • Concrete pouring and vibration
    • Installation of reinforced concrete products
  • Good physical condition and ability to perform construction duties in various work environments.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a construction team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform concrete works including formwork installation, reinforcement tying, concrete pouring, and vibration.
  • Carry out site preparation activities, including fabrication of reinforcement blanks, tying frames, and reinforcement assembly.
  • Prepare, install, maintain, and dismantle formwork systems.
  • Pour concrete mixtures into prepared structures and ensure proper finishing.
  • Install reinforced concrete products, including unloading, positioning, and securing concrete components.
  • Perform scarifying, jointing, and other concrete finishing works.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and schematics.
  • Use construction tools, equipment, and materials safely and effectively.
  • Maintain quality standards and follow workplace safety procedures.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized.
