Charlie’s Food and Fun is seeking energetic and reliable Concession Stand Workers to support food service operations at festivals, fairs, and events across the USA. The successful candidates will be responsible for food preparation, customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized concession stand environment.

Concession Stand Worker

Qualifications:

• Experience in food service, preferably in festivals, fairs, or similar events
• Ability to prepare and cook various fast-food and fair-style menu items
• Knowledge of handling cash transactions and POS systems
• Physically fit and able to work long hours, including outdoor environments
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
• Commitment to cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

• Take customer orders, process payments, and handle cash accurately
• Prepare and serve a variety of fair-style foods such as lemonade, frozen pizza, corn dogs, turkey legs, pork chops, funnel cakes, French fries, and chicken tenders
• Operate kitchen equipment including deep fryers, timers, smokers, and BBQ grills
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the concession stand
• Assist with event setup and teardown, including arranging tables, chairs, and equipment
• Manage inflatables by unplugging blowers and operating air release valves when needed
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOC/OEC 35-3023) and food safety guidelines
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service at all times
