Qualifications:

• High School / Field Training Certificate
• 2-3 years in food production or culinary environments
• Interest in cookery and food production.
• Manual dexterity and ability to work under pressure.
• Team player with the ability to maintain production pace.
• Attention to detail and quick comprehension of tasks.
• Basic computer skills.
• HACCP Level I certification.
• HACCP knowledge is an advantage.
• Passion for food, good stamina, attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation and production following set recipes and hygiene standards.
• Handle pre-preparation of bakery and pastry items.
• Ensure workstations and equipment are clean and organized.
• Support senior kitchen staff with raw materials and basic cooking tasks.

Requirements:
