COMMERCIAL PLUMBER

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of overseas experience as a Commercial Plumber.
  • Must have 3 years of verifiable employment documents related to the position.
  • High School Level applicants are welcome to apply.
  • Must possess Plumbing NC II or equivalent plumbing qualification.
  • IELTS or PTE passer.
  • Good English comprehension and communication skills.
  • Experience in commercial and industrial plumbing projects.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and plumbing plans.
  • Skilled in installing and maintaining copper, PVC, HDPE, and other plumbing systems.
  • Knowledge of plumbing codes, standards, and workplace safety procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair water supply, drainage, gas, and waste disposal systems in commercial and industrial facilities.
  • Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to determine plumbing layouts and installation requirements.
  • Install pipework systems including copper, PVC, HDPE, and other plumbing materials.
  • Carry out pressure testing and inspections to ensure system integrity and compliance with standards.
  • Install plumbing fixtures, fittings, valves, pumps, water heaters, and related equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair plumbing faults, leaks, blockages, and system failures.
  • Ensure all plumbing installations comply with local regulations, safety requirements, and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades on construction sites.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe and operational condition.
  • Complete required documentation, reports, and quality assurance records.
