Bondata Global Oy is seeking experienced and skilled CNC Press Brake Operators to work in Finland. The successful candidates will operate CNC press brake machines to bend and form metal components according to technical drawings, specifications, and production requirements. Candidates should have strong programming skills, excellent drawing interpretation abilities, and hands-on experience with modern press brake machinery.

CNC PRESS BRAKE OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Male, at least High School Graduate.
• At least 3 years of work experience as a CNC Press Brake Operator.
• Currently employed or presently working in the CNC press brake / metalworking field.
• Programming skills are required.
• Strong ability to interpret and accurately follow technical drawings.
• Able to manufacture parts correctly based on technical drawings or images.
• Experience operating Amada, Safan Darley, Prima Power, or similar CNC press brake machines.
• Experience with LVD Toolcell Easy-Form® Laser (EFL) is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of CNC press brake setup, tooling, bending sequences, and machine operation.
• Strong understanding of measurements, angles, dimensions, and tolerances.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
• Good physical health and capable of performing hands-on metalworking duties.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality workmanship.
• Able to work independently and efficiently while following production instructions.
• Reliable, disciplined, safety-conscious, and willing to work as part of a professional production team.
• Must have no criminal record.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC press brake machines for bending and forming sheet metal components.
• Set up press brake machines, tooling, dies, and workpieces according to production requirements.
• Program CNC press brake machines and enter or adjust bending parameters as required.
• Interpret technical drawings, dimensions, bend allowances, angles, tolerances, and specifications accurately.
• Manufacture metal parts correctly based on technical drawings, images, and production instructions.
• Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure correct dimensions, angles, and tolerances.
• Select appropriate tooling and bending sequences for different materials and components.
• Operate Amada, Safan Darley, Prima Power, or similar CNC press brake machines.
• Perform machine adjustments and corrections to achieve accurate and consistent bends.
• Work with different sheet metal materials and thicknesses according to production specifications.
• Check material condition and dimensions before beginning production.
• Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure product quality.
• Identify and correct dimensional, alignment, bending, and machine-related issues.
• Follow production drawings, work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Perform basic machine checks and routine maintenance to keep equipment in proper working condition.
• Maintain proper tooling, dies, measuring instruments, and work areas.
• Safely handle sheet metal materials and finished components.
  Use measuring tools such as calipers, rulers, angle gauges, and other inspection equipment accurately.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records when required.
• Report machine faults, tooling problems, material defects, and production issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow workplace health and safety requirements and proper machine safety procedures.
• Work efficiently to meet production schedules, quality requirements, and assigned targets.
