CAS Recruitment Ltd. – Greek Branch is hiring experienced CNC Machine Operators (Glass Processing) for deployment in Greece. The company is seeking skilled technical operators who can set up, program, and operate CNC machines used in glass cutting, edging, drilling, and finishing processes with high precision and quality standards.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong CNC machining experience in glass or similar precision manufacturing industries.

CNC MACHINE OPERATOR (Glass Processing)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience as a CNC Machine Operator, preferably in glass processing.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD/CAM schematics.
  • Experience with CNC software such as Intermac, Bavelloni, Bottero, or Lisec is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of measurement accuracy.
  • Relevant technical or mechanical qualification is required.
  • Excellent English communication skills are required.
  • Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing environment.
  • Newly renewed passport is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, program, and operate CNC machines for glass processing tasks such as cutting, edging, drilling, and shaping.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, CAD/CAM files, and production specifications.
  • Select and install appropriate tooling based on job requirements and production specifications.
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and product quality.
  • Inspect finished glass products to ensure compliance with technical drawings and quality standards.
  • Safely handle, transport, and position glass materials and finished products.
  • Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of CNC machines.
  • Identify and resolve machine or software-related issues during production.
  • Follow strict health and safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Maintain accurate production records and ensure workflow efficiency.
  • Coordinate with production teams to meet deadlines and quality targets.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary starts at €1,250 gross monthly.
  • Forty-two (48) working hours / Six (6) days a week.
  • Accommodation will be provided.
  • Contract duration is for 2 years.
