CLEANING SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Home Economics, or a related field
• Certification in BCIS and/or other recognized hospitality standards (preferably aligned with hotel chain standards)
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in operation and maintenance of similar facilities
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Proficiency in computer systems and hospitality software (knowledge of Squirrel system is an advantage)
• At least 4 years of relevant working experience
• Degree holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar field
• Male applicants are preferred for this role
• Willingness to work in Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead cleaning staff to ensure efficient daily operations
• Plan, assign, and monitor cleaning tasks and schedules
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to maintain cleanliness and quality
• Train and guide staff on proper cleaning procedures and equipment usage
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Coordinate with management and other departments to address cleaning needs
• Prepare reports on cleaning operations, staff performance, and maintenance issues
