Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in cleaning, housekeeping, restaurant service, or a similar role.
• Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
• Female applicants are preferred for this role.
• With a pleasing personality and excellent customer service attitude.
• Physically fit and able to stand and work for extended periods.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning procedures, hygiene, and sanitation practices is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize dining areas, tables, chairs, floors, and other assigned work areas before, during, and after service.
• Ensure guests are comfortably seated and provide drinking water or initial table service when required.
• Maintain table cleanliness throughout the meal by clearing used plates, utensils, and other items promptly.
• Refill beverages and provide basic assistance to guests as needed.
• Present bills to customers and assist with payment transactions when assigned.
• Respond politely and professionally to guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste according to company sanitation procedures.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and maintain adequate stock of service items.
• Follow proper hygiene, sanitation, and food safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standards.
• Comply with workplace health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

• High School Diploma if High School Graduate
• Diploma and TOR if College Graduate
• Employment certificates (previous to present)
• Trainings attended
• Exit visa and Iqama id (Ex Saudi)
• Passport copy (1 year valid)
