CIVIL WORKS SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• 15 years or more in civil works construction with demonstrated hands-on experience in bulk earthworks, roads, drainage, bridges, subdivisions, water supply and sewage civil construction projects

Responsibilities:

• Be able to Supervise, coordinate and schedule day to day activities for Road and Drainage construction crews to ensure optimum resource utilization and production in line with work targets.
• Overseeing Foremen and training workers in construction methods, operation of plant and equipment, safety procedures and compliance with quality standards.
• Conferring with Site Superintendent, Project Manager, technical personnel, other section
• Maintain daily timesheets and site diaries including recording information such as personnel, production, or operational data on specified forms or reports.
• Liaise with the Plant Servicing Department to arrange servicing and repairs for plant
