Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen or hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow recipes, kitchen procedures, and instructions accurately.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and maintain high culinary standards.
- Passion for delivering high-quality food and excellent guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present food according to established recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of an assigned kitchen section.
- Ensure ingredients are properly prepared, stored, and handled in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Follow kitchen procedures, recipes, and instructions accurately.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
- Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy operations.
- Monitor stock levels within the assigned section and report shortages when necessary.
- Comply with all health, safety, and company policies.
