CHEF DE PARTIE

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year working experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
• No minimum educational attainment required.
• Must have a valid passport with at least 2 years and 6 months validity.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Leadership skills with attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage an assigned kitchen station (e.g., saucier, poissonier, pastry).
• Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to company standards.
• Train, guide, and motivate junior chefs such as Commis and Demi Chef de Partie.
• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef during kitchen operations and service.
• Monitor food quality, portion control, and minimize waste.
• Manage stock levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage.
• Maintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
