We are seeking qualified and experienced Charge Nurses to join AMAD Hospital through Mueen Human Resources in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will be responsible for supervising nursing staff, coordinating patient care, and ensuring the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality healthcare services.
Charge Nurse
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing
- Current and valid Nursing License from the home country of qualification
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
- Excellent clinical assessment, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment
- Committed to delivering high standards of patient care and safety
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of nursing staff within the assigned unit
- Ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered nursing care in accordance with hospital policies and standards
- Assess, monitor, and evaluate patients’ conditions and coordinate appropriate nursing interventions
- Administer medications, treatments, and medical procedures as prescribed
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide advanced life support when required
- Collaborate with physicians, allied healthcare professionals, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and nursing documentation
- Provide guidance, training, and support to nursing staff to promote professional development and quality improvement
- Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and healthcare regulations
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives and continuous improvement programs
Benefits:
- Food Allowance: SAR 300/month (Female employees only)
- Housing and Transportation: Female employees: Provided by the hospital
- Contract Type: Single status
- Working Hours: 48 hours per week
- Annual Leave: 42 days of paid leave every two years
Requirements:
