Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in carpentry, construction, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of structural and finish carpentry works.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, building plans, and technical drawings.
• Experience in framing, structural installations, and finishing works.
• Skilled in using carpentry tools, equipment, and measuring instruments safely and accurately.
• Knowledge of construction materials, layouts, and carpentry techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Physically fit and capable of handling construction-related tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a construction team.

Responsibilities:

• Study blueprints and building plans to determine dimensions, layouts, and required materials.
• Install foundations, walls, floors, ceilings, and roof frameworks according to project specifications.
• Build temporary supports such as concrete forms, scaffolding, and framework structures.
• Perform finish carpentry works including installation of window frames, doors, trims, cabinetry, molding, and door hardware.
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other construction materials accurately.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality, alignment, and compliance with project standards.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and safe condition.
• Follow workplace safety procedures, construction regulations, and company operational standards.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and construction teams to ensure timely project completion.
