CARPENTER

Qualifications:

• Experience in carpentry and construction works
• Knowledge of woodworking, formwork, framing, and finishing carpentry
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery
• Ability to measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other construction materials accurately
• Physically fit and capable of performing construction-related tasks
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and procedures

Responsibilities:

• Construct, install, repair, and maintain wooden structures and fixtures.
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood, plywood, and other construction materials.
• Build and install formwork for concrete structures such as foundations, columns, beams, and slabs.
• Install doors, windows, partitions, cabinets, ceilings, flooring, and other structural components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction specifications.
• Perform finishing carpentry work and ensure high-quality workmanship.
• Inspect completed work and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
• Operate and maintain carpentry tools and equipment safely.
• Follow construction safety regulations and company procedures at all times.
• Coordinate with supervisors and construction teams to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
