Qualifications:

  • Graduates of 2-year Practical Nursing programs are welcome to apply.
  • Graduates and undergraduates of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BS Nursing) are welcome to apply.
  • Graduates and undergraduates of Midwifery are welcome to apply.
  • Graduates and undergraduates of Physical Therapy, Respiratory Therapy, or Medical Technology are welcome to apply.
  • Former JPEPA and former TITP participants are welcome to apply.
  • Compassionate, patient-focused, and willing to work in a healthcare environment.
  • Willing to work in Japan and adapt to a multicultural workplace.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients and residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Support patients with mobility, transfers, walking, and positioning.
  • Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and monitoring nutritional intake when required.
  • Monitor patients’ physical condition and promptly report any changes to nurses or healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care and daily observations.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and residents.
  • Ensure patient rooms and care areas are clean, organized, and safe.
  • Follow infection prevention, hygiene, and workplace safety protocols.
  • Assist nursing staff with routine patient care and other assigned duties.
  • Promote a respectful, compassionate, and patient-centered care environment.

Salary and benefits:

  • Basic Monthly Salary: AED 1,500
