CARDIAC CASE NURSE

Qualifications:

• Minimum of six (6) years of relevant nursing experience
• Must hold a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam)
• Strong knowledge of cardiac nursing care, protocols, and patient management
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to patient safety, quality of care, and professional development

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the assigned cardiac unit, assisting senior staff in patient management
• Achieve and maintain mandated activities for Level 1 as outlined in the Clinical Advancement Program
• Participate in the development and implementation of protocols and processes to enhance patient safety and operational efficiency
• Support nurse empowerment through adherence to the JHAH Nursing Professional Practice Model
• Contribute to staff engagement initiatives and ensure a high patient experience
• Maintain high standards of care, safety, and clinical documentation
• Mentor junior nurses and assist in developing foundational nursing skills within the team
