Good Work is seeking hardworking and reliable Car Wash Workers to provide professional vehicle cleaning and detailing services in Croatia. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors, maintaining car wash equipment, and ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction and workplace cleanliness.

CAR WASH WORKER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience as a Car Wash Worker or in a similar role.
• No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
• Must have a valid passport with at least two (2) years validity.
• Knowledge of proper vehicle washing, polishing, waxing, and detailing techniques is an advantage.
• Ability to safely operate manual and automated car wash equipment.
• Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive manual tasks while standing for extended periods.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Willing to work in Croatia and comply with company policies and workplace safety requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Wash and clean the exterior of vehicles using manual and automated car wash equipment.
• Vacuum and clean vehicle interiors, including seats, carpets, floor mats, dashboards, door panels, and windows.
• Dry, polish, and wax vehicle surfaces to achieve a clean, polished, and professional finish.
• Clean wheels, rims, and tires, and apply tire dressing as required.
• Inspect vehicles before and after washing and report any visible damage or irregularities to the supervisor.
• Refill cleaning chemicals, soaps, waxes, and other supplies as needed.
• Maintain car wash equipment, tools, and work areas in clean and serviceable condition.
• Follow proper cleaning procedures to prevent damage to vehicle surfaces and finishes.
• Observe workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Deliver courteous and professional service while meeting company quality standards.
• Perform other vehicle cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned.
