COOPERANTE D.O.O. is seeking a skilled Boat Fiberglass Laminator to join its boat manufacturing and repair operations in Croatia. The successful candidate will be responsible for laminating and finishing fiberglass boats, repairing plastic boat components, and ensuring all work meets quality standards while following safe work practices.
BOAT FIBERGLASS LAMINATOR
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in fiberglass lamination and boat repair is required.
- Experience working with fiberglass is mandatory.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and technical drawings is preferred.
- Previous experience in shipyards or marine manufacturing is an advantage.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual work in a production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform fiberglass lamination for new boat construction and repair projects.
- Laminate and finish boat hulls, decks, and other fiberglass components to required specifications.
- Repair damaged fiberglass and plastic parts on boats using appropriate materials and techniques.
- Prepare molds and surfaces by cleaning, sanding, trimming, and applying fiberglass materials.
- Apply resins, fiberglass mats, and reinforcing materials to achieve high-quality finishes.
- Inspect completed work to ensure structural integrity, appearance, and compliance with quality standards.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and fiberglass equipment safely and effectively.
- Read and interpret basic technical drawings and work instructions when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow company procedures and workplace health and safety regulations.

- Valid passport (not less than a year before expiry)
- Valid NBI clearance (not less than 6 months before expiry)
- 2 x 2 recent picture (at least 2 pcs)
