CAPTAIN WAITER

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a senior waiter or captain in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field preferred.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, table etiquette, and fine dining procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the wait staff to provide exceptional service.
• Coordinate table assignments and manage dining room flow.
• Ensure all guests receive high-quality service, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
• Train and mentor junior waiters, providing guidance on proper service techniques.
• Assist in planning and executing special events, banquets, and promotions.
• Monitor service standards, table settings, and presentation of dishes and beverages.
• Handle customer complaints tactfully, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and management to ensure timely delivery of food and drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Prepare reports on service performance, staff attendance, and guest feedback.
