CANCER CARE NURSE

Qualifications:

Minimum of four (4) years of relevant nursing experience
Must have a valid PRC ID and SCFHS (Saudi Commission for Health Specialties) license
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Strong problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills
No specific minimum educational attainment required, but nursing experience and valid licenses are mandatory

Responsibilities:

Provide high-level nursing care in the assigned nursing unit, ensuring quality and patient safety
Support operational processes, including maintaining high standards of patient care and resolving complex clinical issues
Mentor and guide junior nurses to promote professional growth and competency
Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at improving nursing practices within the unit
Participate in the development of protocols and processes to enhance patient safety and operational efficiency
Promote staff engagement and empower nurses through adherence to the JHAH Nursing Professional Practice ModelDeliver high-quality patient experience and ensure continuous improvement in care standards
