Carpenter Automotive & Transport Limited / Boroko Motors is seeking an experienced Business Service Manager to oversee and improve business service operations within the automotive industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating service processes, supporting operational efficiency, managing customer and business requirements, and ensuring high-quality service delivery aligned with company objectives.

BUSINESS SERVICE MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience in automotive service operations, business support, or related roles is preferred.
• Strong understanding of automotive business processes and service operations.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze operational issues and implement practical solutions.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate business service operations to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor service processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend effective solutions.
• Coordinate with various departments, including sales, service, parts, and management teams.
• Ensure business operations comply with company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Analyze service performance data and prepare reports for management review.
• Support customer relationship initiatives and maintain strong business partnerships.
• Assist in planning and implementing process improvements within automotive service operations.
• Manage documentation, records, and administrative requirements related to business services.
• Provide guidance and support to teams to achieve operational targets.
