Bulldozer Operator/Driver

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years working experience as a Bulldozer Operator.
• Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
• Experience in construction, oil & gas, infrastructure, energy, or industrial projects is an advantage.
• Skilled in operating bulldozer equipment for grading, leveling, and heavy earthmoving activities.
• Knowledge of equipment safety procedures and preventive maintenance.
• Overseas experience is preferred, but local experience is accepted.
• Must provide valid proof of experience such as Certificates of Employment (COE), operator certifications, or project records.
• Physically fit and capable of working in demanding site conditions and varying environments.

Responsibilities:

• Operate bulldozer equipment safely and efficiently for earthmoving, grading, leveling, clearing, and site preparation activities.
• Push, spread, and move soil, sand, gravel, rocks, and other materials according to project requirements.
• Perform excavation support and land development works on construction, industrial, oil & gas, or infrastructure projects.
• Conduct pre-operation inspections and routine checks to ensure equipment is in safe working condition.
• Monitor equipment performance and report mechanical issues or maintenance requirements promptly.
• Follow site plans, work instructions, and safety regulations during operations.
• Operate equipment safely on uneven, sloped, or challenging terrain conditions.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, signalmen, and ground personnel to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Maintain operational logs, fuel records, and daily inspection reports as required.
• Keep work areas clean and comply with occupational health and environmental standards.
