Building Roof Cleaner Worker

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience in roof cleaning or related outdoor maintenance work.
• Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Others or similar fields.
• Familiarity with roof cleaning techniques including low-pressure washing, soft washing, and steam cleaning.
• Physically fit and capable of working outdoors and at heights.
• Flexible, hardworking, and with good communication skills.
• Must have a valid passport and complete employment documents.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning and maintenance of building roofs to remove moss, algae, stains, dirt, and debris.
• Use appropriate cleaning techniques such as low-pressure washing, soft washing, and steam cleaning.
• Inspect roof surfaces and identify areas requiring special treatment or repair attention.
• Ensure safe handling and operation of cleaning tools, equipment, and chemicals.
• Carry out outdoor maintenance and cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Follow workplace safety standards and procedures while working at heights and outdoor environments.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of equipment after use.
• Coordinate with supervisors regarding work progress and maintenance requirements.
