BIM MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in BIM within building services or construction
• At least 3 to 5 years of managerial experience
• Experience handling large-scale commercial, industrial, data centre, or pharmaceutical projects
• Strong knowledge of BIM software, coordination tools, and construction processes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Willing to work in Ireland under company and project requirements

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage BIM operations for large-scale construction and building services projects
• Oversee the development, coordination, and implementation of BIM models and workflows
• Manage BIM teams and ensure project deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and project stakeholders
• Establish BIM standards, protocols, and quality control procedures
• Conduct clash detection, model reviews, and technical coordination meetings
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams regarding BIM processes and software
