BATCHING PLANT OPERATOR

Qualifications:

Male, 24–40 years old
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in any establishment
High School or ALS graduate
TESDA NCII Certificate preferred

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor batching plant equipment for concrete production
Prepare and mix materials according to specifications and project requirements
Maintain accurate production logs and records
Inspect equipment regularly and perform minor maintenance as needed
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
