One&Only Royal Mirage is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Bartender to join its hospitality team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages while delivering exceptional guest service in accordance with the hotel’s luxury hospitality standards.

The ideal candidate has experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences through outstanding beverage service.

BARTENDER

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the hospitality, restaurant, or customer service industry is preferred.
• Experience as a bartender in a hotel, restaurant, lounge, or bar is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Well-groomed appearance and the ability to maintain a professional image.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional, friendly, and customer-focused beverage service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining and hospitality experience.
• Prepare, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with the hotel’s standard operating procedures and performance manual.
• Recommend beverages and promote innovative and trend-setting products to enhance the guest experience.
• Contribute to sales activities and assist in maximizing food and beverage revenue through effective upselling.
• Maintain complete knowledge of beverage menus, promotions, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout each shift.
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or replenishment needs.
• Verify guest age and comply with all responsible beverage service policies and local regulations.
• Process beverage orders accurately and coordinate efficiently with service staff.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace health and safety standards at all times.
