BARTENDER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one (1) year working experience as a Bartender or in a related hospitality role.
• No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
• Must have a valid passport with at least two (2) years validity.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of beverage preparation, cocktail mixing, and bar operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible schedules.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and sanitary at all times.
• Ensure all glassware, utensils, and bar equipment are properly maintained and cleaned.
• Monitor stock levels and restock beverages, ingredients, and supplies as needed.
• Assist in inventory counting and stock monitoring procedures.
• Follow company policies and food safety and hygiene standards.
• Handle customer orders efficiently and accurately.
• Work closely with other restaurant and hospitality staff to ensure smooth operations.
