Barista

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
• Skilled in coffee and beverage preparation.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of coffee machines and brewing techniques is an advantage.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages.
• Operate coffee machines and related equipment properly.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and work area.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Take and process customer orders accurately.
• Follow recipes, portioning, and presentation standards.
• Restock ingredients and monitor inventory of beverage supplies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
