Barista
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar café role.
- Knowledgeable in preparing coffee, espresso-based beverages, and other café drinks.
- Familiarity with coffee equipment, brewing methods, and beverage presentation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to beverage quality.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Physically fit and willing to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, specialty coffees, and café beverages.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment properly.
- Follow standard recipes and beverage preparation procedures to ensure consistent quality.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service while taking and processing orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, equipment, and service areas.
- Monitor inventory of coffee supplies, ingredients, and café materials.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and preparation of food and beverage items.
- Handle customer requests and concerns professionally.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with café staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
