BARISTA

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of working experience as a Barista
• Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or related field
• Familiarity with operating coffee machines and preparing specialty beverages
• Knowledge of beverage preparation including coffee, juices, and frappes
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Female applicants are preferred for this role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain quality standards

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, juices, frappes, and other beverages according to company standards
• Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment efficiently
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the workstation and customer service area
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment of beverage supplies
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries politely
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations
