Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Barista in a café, hotel, or restaurant.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machines, and latte art is preferred.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and handle hot beverages safely.
• Flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in hospitality is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) and other hot or cold drinks according to standard recipes.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages.
• Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and ensure prompt service.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and work area.
• Monitor inventory levels, report shortages, and assist in stock replenishment.
• Educate guests on menu items, including coffee varieties and brewing methods.
• Comply with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operation of the café or restaurant.
