Al Masaood Automobiles Company LLC is seeking qualified Auto Denters to perform vehicle body and structural repairs, including dent removal, panel restoration, and corrosion repair.
AUTO DENTER
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or ALS Certified.
- Must have TESDA NC II Certificate in Automotive Body Repair.
- At least 2 years of related experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of automotive body repair and dent removal.
- Experience repairing vehicle body and frame components.
- Experience removing dents and restoring damaged metal panels.
- Knowledge of repairing metal corrosion on structural panels and chassis components.
- Ability to use automotive body repair tools and equipment.
- Understanding of vehicle body alignment and structural repair procedures.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a workshop team.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Safety-conscious and able to follow workshop procedures and manufacturer specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect vehicle bodies and structural components to identify dents, damage, corrosion, and deformation.
- Repair damaged vehicle body panels and structural components.
- Remove dents using appropriate hand tools, power tools, and body repair equipment.
- Repair and restore damaged metal panels to their original shape and condition.
- Repair or replace damaged body panels and related components when required.
- Address metal corrosion on structural panels, body components, and chassis areas.
- Perform body alignment and structural repair according to manufacturer specifications.
- Use appropriate measuring and body repair equipment to ensure accurate repairs.
- Prepare repaired surfaces for subsequent painting and refinishing.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure repaired panels have the correct shape, alignment, and finish.
- Follow manufacturer repair procedures and workshop technical standards.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow workplace health, safety, and environmental procedures.
- Coordinate with auto painters, mechanics, service advisors, and other workshop personnel.
- Complete repair work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Record or report repair requirements and completed work as required.
