AUTO DENTER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants only.
• Minimum of 2 years work experience as an Auto Denter or Vehicle Body Repair Technician.
• Knowledgeable in automotive body repair, dent removal, and panel restoration.
• Experience in auto painting is an advantage.
• TESDA NCII certification is a plus.
• Must be at least a High School Graduate or Vocational Graduate.
• Skilled in using body repair tools, dent pulling equipment, grinders, and welding tools.
• Ability to repair damaged vehicle panels, frames, and body components accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Physically fit and capable of working in automotive workshop environments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a repair team.

Responsibilities:

• Repair vehicle body damage including dents, scratches, and damaged panels.
• Remove and restore dents using body repair tools and equipment.
• Straighten, reshape, and replace damaged vehicle body parts when necessary.
• Prepare repaired surfaces for painting through sanding, grinding, and smoothing.
• Perform welding and panel alignment work as required.
• Inspect completed repair work to ensure quality and proper vehicle appearance.
• Coordinate with auto painters and workshop staff regarding repair schedules and finishing requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Ensure all repair work meets company quality standards and customer expectations.
