Gastronomica General Trading Company is seeking experienced and dynamic Assistant Restaurant Managers to join its growing Food & Beverage operations in Kuwait. Assistant Restaurant Manager

Qualifications:

• Strong background in standalone restaurant operations is required.
• Must be presentable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, professional, and capable of engaging effectively with customers in a professional manner.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Experience in handling restaurant operations, customer service, and staff supervision.
• Ability to work in fast-paced and multicultural hospitality environments.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and restaurant quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Support restaurant management in maintaining high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise restaurant staff, provide training, and ensure excellent team performance.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels, supplies, and operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company operational standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
• Assist in achieving sales targets, operational goals, and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-focused restaurant environment.
