Assistant Kitchen Manager
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years work experience
- Strong knowledge in restaurant operations and financial aspects (P&L)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Enthusiastic and a great communicator with experience in coaching, training, and developing others
- Have demonstrated ability to lead and to provide excellent customer service in a quality-focused environment
- Must have strong knowledge in restaurant operations, a deep understanding in restaurant’s financial aspect, P&L report
