Triple J Marshall Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Convenience Store Manager to support the daily operations of its convenience store. The successful candidate will assist in supervising staff, managing inventory, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining efficient store operations while meeting company standards for quality, safety, and profitability.

Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in retail, convenience store, supermarket, or food service operations, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong leadership, customer service, and team management skills.
- Experience in inventory control, merchandising, cash handling, and store operations.
- Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet operational goals.
- Willing to be assigned to Greater Micronesia, including the Marshall Islands and Palau Islands.
- Willing to sign a two (2)-year employment contract.
- Salary and benefits will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the convenience store.
- Supervise store personnel and provide guidance to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
- Monitor staff schedules, attendance, and performance, and assist in training new employees.
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked, products are properly displayed, and inventory is accurately maintained.
- Assist in receiving deliveries, stock rotation, and inventory control to minimize shortages and product loss.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor cash handling procedures, POS transactions, and daily sales reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety standards.
- Prepare daily operational reports and assist in achieving sales and performance targets.
- Support promotional activities and implement operational improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Act as Store Manager in their absence and ensure uninterrupted store operations.
