Assembly Operator
Qualifications:
- Male applicants only.
- 25–35 years old.
- Minimum height of 165 cm.
- High school or vocational graduate.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics and automotive assembly.
- Experience in automotive manufacturing or production is preferred.
- Ability to perform visual inspections and identify non-conforming parts.
- Experience handling transport boxes and production materials.
- Ability to operate production line equipment and monitor process parameters.
- Basic inventory management skills.
- Basic English proficiency.
- Willing to learn the Czech language.
- Must be physically fit and capable of performing production and material-handling duties.
- No color blindness.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow quality procedures.
- Responsible, hardworking, and safety-conscious.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily automotive assembly and production operations according to established procedures.
- Operate production line equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor production processes and process parameters to ensure consistent output.
- Inspect components and finished products through visual quality checks.
- Identify damaged, defective, or non-conforming parts and separate them according to company procedures.
- Handle transport boxes, automotive components, materials, and non-conforming products safely.
- Ensure assembled products meet established quality guidelines and specifications.
- Assist with material movement and replenishment along the production line.
- Maintain basic inventory records and monitor materials as required.
- Report equipment problems, quality issues, and production abnormalities to supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and production area.
- Follow company quality control, safety, and production procedures.
- Use tools and production equipment properly and safely.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, warehouse, and quality control teams.
- Participate in training and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Perform other assembly and production duties assigned by management.
