Airports Lounges Technician
Qualifications:
- Male applicants.
- Diploma, High School graduate, or holder of a Field Training Certificate.
- Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in facility, utility, or building equipment maintenance.
- Experience in airports, hotels, commercial buildings, hospitality facilities, or similar environments is preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage).
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, electrical diagrams, maintenance manuals, and engineering documents.
- Strong troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and general building maintenance systems.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced operational environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on airport lounge facilities, utilities, equipment, and building systems.
- Execute daily maintenance work orders, repairs, renovations, and improvement projects within established timelines.
- Monitor the performance and operating condition of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, and facility systems.
- Maintain proper ambient temperatures in airport lounge facilities and refrigeration equipment.
- Inspect, maintain, and manage maintenance tools, spare parts, materials, and workshop equipment.
- Diagnose equipment faults and perform troubleshooting to minimize operational downtime.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, electrical diagrams, maintenance manuals, and engineering documentation.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection reports, and work order documentation.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping of workshops, maintenance areas, and equipment rooms.
- Recommend improvements to maintenance procedures, equipment performance, and facility systems.
- Support team training, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with operations, contractors, and other departments to complete maintenance activities efficiently.
- Comply with company policies, workplace safety regulations, cybersecurity requirements, and Saudi Labor Law.
- Perform other maintenance and technical duties assigned by management.
