AIRCON TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in HVAC or air conditioning systems.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Ex-trainee who has completed a 3-year contract is preferred.
• JLPT N4 (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) holder.
• Holding Evaluation Certificate of Level 3 or relevant Evaluation Certificate in Japan.

Responsibilities:

• Install air conditioning systems, including split-type, centralized, and VRF/VRV systems.
• Perform routine maintenance: cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, and inspecting components.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems.
• Repair or replace defective components such as compressors, motors, thermostats, and wiring.
• Conduct system testing and commissioning after installation or repair.
• Handle refrigerants properly in compliance with environmental regulations.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and wiring diagrams.
• Maintain service records and prepare reports on work performed.
• Follow safety procedures and use appropriate tools and protective equipment.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and clients as needed.

• Valid NBI clearance (not less than 6 months before expiry)
