BIM MODELLER
Qualifications:
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer
- With 3 to 5 years of experience in a BIM Modeller role within building services or construction
- Experience working on large commercial, industrial, data centre, or pharmaceutical projects
- Proficient in BIM software and related engineering applications
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and construction processes
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willing to work in Ireland under company and project requirements

- Can work independently and collaboratively within a team

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed BIM models for mechanical building services projects
- Prepare 3D models, drawings, and technical documentation based on project requirements
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure design accuracy and efficiency
- Review and update BIM models throughout project development stages
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and industry regulations
- Detect and resolve design clashes using BIM software and coordination tools
- Support project planning, construction, and installation activities through accurate modeling and documentation
