Tamimi Global Co. Ltd. is seeking a qualified Catering Dining Supervisor to oversee food service operations, kitchen supervision, sanitation compliance, and customer service within industrial or institutional catering facilities in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive food service supervisory experience, and in-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
CATERING DINING SUPERVISOR
Qualifications:
- Age: 25–45 years old.
- Must possess an Associate Degree, CO I Diploma/Certificate from a recognized culinary school, or a certificate of completion from a Guild Program for Cooks and Bakers or an apprenticeship program for Hotel/Institutional Cooks with at least one (1) year of formal training.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in food service supervisory positions in hotels, full-service restaurants, or industrial/institutional cafeterias and kitchens.
- Strong administrative skills in volume food production, records management, inventory and storage control, menu and recipe control, personnel supervision, and customer relations.
- Ability to prepare, interpret, and follow menus and recipes accurately.
- Capable of instructing cooks and kitchen staff in kitchen sanitation, food production methods, work schedules, and job checklists.
- Comprehensive knowledge of modern food sanitation, hygiene codes, standards, and safe food handling practices.
- Familiar with SAUDI ARAMCO Sanitary Code requirements related to food storage, preparation, service, and kitchen maintenance.
- Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily catering and dining operations to ensure efficient food service delivery.
- Oversee food preparation, portioning, presentation, and service quality standards.
- Monitor kitchen sanitation, hygiene, and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Maintain records, inventory controls, and storage management procedures.
- Implement menu plans, recipe standards, and production schedules.
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff performance and work assignments.
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of kitchen facilities, equipment, and supplies.
- Handle customer concerns and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Ensure compliance with SAUDI ARAMCO sanitation and operational standards at all times.
