Dominion Wire & Cables PTE Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and organized Sales cum Administrator to handle both sales functions and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will support daily business operations, assist customers, and ensure efficient coordination between sales and office processes.
Sales cum Administrator
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or at least College-level education
- Proven experience in sales and/or administrative roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Assist in sales activities including client inquiries, quotations, and order processing
- Maintain and update customer records and sales documentation
- Prepare reports, presentations, and administrative documents
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order fulfillment
- Handle office correspondence, emails, and scheduling
- Support inventory tracking and basic procurement tasks
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
- Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping
