Advanced Manufacturing for Metal & Glass (AMG) is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Secretary to support senior management in daily administrative and executive functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization.
EXECUTIVE SECRETARY
Qualifications:
- Male applicant.
- Bachelor’s Degree holder in Business Administration or any related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar or related position.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office management tools.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior executives.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
- Maintain and organize confidential files, records, and documents.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events when required.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Assist in ensuring efficient office operations and communication between departments.
