Parts Warehouse Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years work experience
• Diploma or relevant qualification in Business or Automotive Parts Management.
• Minimum 5 years experience in parts operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of automotive parts systems and ERP software
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the parts department.
• Supervise and support parts sales staff.
• Develop strategies to increase parts sales and gross profit.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Ensure accurate pricing, invoicing, and reporting.
• Monitor departmental performance and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
