UAB VERSLO KRANTAS, a reputable company in Lithuania, is seeking an experienced Welder skilled in GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW techniques. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on welding experience and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings to produce high-quality welded components.

WELDER (GMAW, FCAW, GTAW)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of welding experience.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English (speaking and understanding).
• Strong knowledge of GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and able to work in various positions and environments.

Responsibilities:

• Read blueprints and technical drawings to plan layouts and welding procedures.
• Take or read precise measurements to ensure accurate component placement.
• Determine the appropriate welding method (GMAW, FCAW, GTAW) and equipment based on job requirements.
• Set up components for welding, including cutting and preparing materials.
• Operate angle grinders to prepare parts for welding.
• Align components using calipers, rulers, and clamps to ensure proper positioning.
• Weld components manually or using semi-automatic equipment in various positions (vertical, horizontal, or overhead).
• Repair machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps.
• Inspect and test welded surfaces and structures to identify flaws or defects.
• Maintain welding equipment in safe and operational condition.
• Follow workplace safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
