Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Fine Dining standards, including high-quality ingredients, plating, and service expectations
• Proficiency in preparing a variety of dishes, sauces, and garnishes
• Strong understanding of food handling, hygiene rules, and kitchen safety
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Candidate must know how to communicate in English.
• Candidate must have a valid passport.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present meals according to restaurant standards
• Work within a fine dining or high-quality kitchen environment, following precise recipes and plating requirements
• Ensure all dishes meet quality, taste, and presentation expectations
• Assist in menu planning, including selecting ingredients and developing new dishes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas
• Manage food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, portioning, and seasoning
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients

Requirements:

• Update and detailed Resume in Word format or PDF with a picture
• Employment Certificate
• Training Certificate
• Passport Copy
